Join our dynamic team as an HR Assistant! We welcome new graduates with a passion for development and a knack for organization. You’ll handle various HR tasks and support our diverse, international team. Strong English skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations,leaves,etc.)
• Communicate with public services when necessary

• Excellent in English language (Written and Spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Computer skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Agility, adaptability, and quick learning ability are required to this role.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws – will be an advantage!
• Open for new graduate
Experience:
• Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position- will be an advantage!
