As the Sales Team Manager you will
-Recruit and train new agents: we’re always looking for new talent and need to make sure we’re staffed appropriately to satisfy demand
-Produce results: we’re looking for someone that’s goal oriented, up for a challenge, driven by delighting clients and instils these values in their team
-Monitor team performance through key metrics and KPIs, using CRM to track sales activities, lead conversion rates, and customer engagement.
-Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to enhance productivity and sales efficiency and performance. Build and manage a team of in-market agents – To run, grow, and scale a real estate team – Offer real estate guidance and market expertise: your real estate team will depend on you for leadership; you should be prepared to answer tough questions.
-Responsible for on boarding and training new team members on contracts and local business market characteristics and determine when the employee is ready to accept customers
-Perform regular meetings with individuals and team; shadow team members on the job to ensure best practices are being used, provide real-time troubleshooting for customer-related issues as needed
-Manage team’s performance by using data and metrics to spot trends, weaknesses and strengths among your team;

-You love drilling down into the details and generating solutions
-A strong and experienced sales director/team leader who has run large or medium sized sales teams with deep knowledge of Pattaya.
-A communicator who sets goals and can get the best out of a team.
-Is a team player with a positive attitude
Experience:
-Minimum 3-5 year experience in a professional and full-time real estate environment in Thailand (ideally working for residential brokerage or similar).
Working Hours:
Full TimeMonday to Friday 10:00 – 17:00

Salary + commission based upon experience will be paid to the successful applicant
